Vegan, sugar & gluten free banana bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup gluten-free buckwheat flour (Buchweizen)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
4-5 ripe bananas (deepening on size and how much sweetness you want)
1 tsp orange zest
Pinch of salt
2 spoons of backing powder (Backpulver)
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
Frozen Berry mix: raspberries, cranberries, blue berries and strawberries
Optional: 1 cup of crushed walnuts
Optional: raw cacao as topping
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 180° degrees
Melt the coconut oil
Peel your bananas and crush the nutmeg
Put all ingredients in food processor or blender, followed by the liquids, flour and spices, adding last the baking powder
Mix well until you get a uniform consistency
Add about half a cup of coconut shreds and mix them into the dough
Pour mix into a tin prepared with coconut oil or baking paper
Add berries in middle of the mixture, let them sink deeper and cover up with the mix so they won’t burn
Place in the oven, switch to 225° and let sit for 35-40 min
Remove and let cool off
Serve with a drizzle of coconut milk, coconut shreds and raw cacao
