More and more of us are moving away from living only in the mind and restore balance with living from the heart. Rushing through life is no longer satisfying and we turn inwards to look for answers and to restore calmness in our lives. The feminine energy of 'being' is balancing the masculine energy of 'doing'. We need both to thrive.

 

Energy Yoga is the yoga of consciousness. It supports us in cultivating self-awareness. Through bringing awareness back into the body we balance our being. The purpose is healing, deep relaxation and restoration. 

 

Themes and levels of the meditations vary. Private Healing Sessions are available upon request.

Being in the world, but not of the world  


What if you can be highly sensitive and in harmonic, graceful exchange with the world? For this come with me and dive into a proven set of practices and tools to keep yourself nourished, balanced and centred in peace under all circumstances. 

 

The trait of High Sensitivity is scientifically proven and allows deeper processing through a more refined nervous system and different brain responses, picking up an array of nuances through a bigger amount of stimuli. This is true for around 20 - 30% of society. Many of us have simply not learned how to handle being gifted with this trait. (For more info and facts see the helpful books of Elaine Aron).

Using myself as object of study for various years, I have distilled best practices for highly sensitive people and empaths out of my personal experiences and hard won lessons. The work is my labour of love and what I hope a helpful gift to you, the beautiful sensitive souls of earth ♡ Special thanks to the one and only Gulschen Artun for being my teacher, friend and HSP role model.

Finding happiness when feeling everything

 

What does it mean to be an empath? The topic of being an empath is more and more trending. Empaths are rare, ultra-sensitive people who have the unique ability to feel the energy (chi/prana/life force, but also lower vibrational energy) of the Universe. This can lead to beautiful experiences but also enough moments of confusion, overarousal and pain.

So how do we handle this gift? What do we need to do to thrive? How can we participate in society in a pleasant way? Come with me for a dive into the topic as together with likeminded souls we create a safe space for sharing, education and a short healing session. You’ll leave the evening feeling nourished, optimistic and understood.
