On the day of the total solar eclipse we come together to honor our shadows. A total solar eclipse brings forth the shadows of the sun side - our conscious ego. An eclipse is a moment of accelerated change and transformation. What is present for you? What would you like to let go of? What behaviors, thoughts or people? The energy of the cosmic event washes over us. Notice how old patterns resurface to be cleared once and for all. To make use of this beautiful cosmic moment and to create a smooth transition (let go or be dragged) we journey inwards and connect ourselves to the ever present love, silence, wisdom and peace within.
