You’re warmly invited to join in on the first instalment of ELIXIR — a retreat evening that awakens the senses and reconnects to the Intuitive Self.

In these times of disconnection and haste, we’re honored and delighted to offer you this sacred, slow food getaway. Step out of the mundane, into a place of peace and wonder, where all senses are heightened and food is elevated to a new level of sweet Soul Nourishment.

Covering all dimensions of existence, the evening starts with a silent inner alignment meditation, after which 5 various delicate courses follow each other. Every small course has it’s own signature and touches the senses in a different way; eat in silence, eat slow, eat without sight, with your hands or with the hands of another.

The food will be presented as all white with touches of blue, turquoise, green & golden, sourced and deliciously prepared by food designer Inés Lauber. The evening will be closed with a gentle guided meditation after which you’ll feel nourished and complete.

You’ll be seated while beautiful healing golden energy flows through your system, after which your senses are ready to receive the food ✨
