In the time during and around the moment of the Autumn Equinox the veil between worlds is thinner and more inner work can be achieved. It is the official moment to balance your being. Right in between Summer and Winter, Masculine and Feminine, Light and Dark, we find ourselves in the middle of the Dance. We give ourselves a moment of silence to reflect, sense our body and soul and feel where we need to be in life.

The session will help you deepen your spiritual practice. In the first part we open up our energetic body. We‘ll do exercises to calm the nervous system, clean the energetic body through breath work and gentle movement and surround ourselves with a cocoon of healing energy.
